We will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Refund Issued
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Items Must Be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Returned within 2 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital downloads or software
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
We accept exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery
- Specify the item you'd like to exchange for
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Note: If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it's of lower value, we will refund the difference.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Process your return without the 2-day time restriction
- Send a replacement item or issue a full refund
- Cover all associated shipping costs
